CHAKRA: Buddhism is playing a pivotal role in China to support the cause of prevention the AIDS. Some Buddhist monks have shaped a plan to encourage the knowledge of HIV and have also found ways to back people contracted the virus in Xishuangbanna Dai situated in the Yunnan region of China.
The Buddhist community in China conducting a Home Buddha Glory Program (HBG) . The program was initiated in 2003 with the support of UNICEF.
