Once again, fight against HIV/AIDS has been overshadowed by dissents, as president of Uganda; Yoweri Museveni has come out criticizing the findings of a recent study, which had propagated that circumcision is an effective way to bring down the rate of HIV spread.
Actually, at this level it is quite difficult to declare who is right and who is wrong but one thing is certain that through this dispute a wrong message is bound to proliferate, which will give rise to questions like how far are these studies reliable and how far these studies should be trusted. No doubt, sooner or later, the real fact would come out of the clouds of dissent but the question remains unanswered that who will be responsible for this cessation in our fight against HIV/AIDS.
